Eugene Cialini came to faith in Christ as a teenager in 1980. He graduated from Nyack College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies in 1987, and currently holds ministry credentials with IFCA. Eugene has been part of the Faith Bible Church family for over 25 years and during that time has served as an usher, and a teacher for both Adult and Youth Sunday School classes, as well as Children’s Church. Eugene has also been a leader in the Youth Ministry and Men’s Ministry, and served as a deacon for two years prior to his appointment as Elder in September 2016. You will also see Eugene worshipping as a vocalist in the music ministry. 

Eugene has been married to Kris since 1987. They have three adult children; Nicholas, Samantha & Timothy.

Shelly-Ann Walters from the Island of Trinidad &Tobago came to Christ in 1987. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. In 1988 she  became a member of the New Testament Church of God in the Bronx. She served in various ministries including Church Treasurer for over 12 years. In 2002 lead by the Holy Spirit, she married her husband Donald Pee Wee Walters, who also attended the same church. After having their son Shelldon they relocated to Westchester County 2006. They visited many churches in the area looking for a home church. Eventually they visited Faith Bible Church where they fell in love with the preaching and the move of the Holy Spirit. Her husband joined the worship team and she worked in the nursery where she still serve. In 2016 she was asked to assist the CFO of FBC with the finances which she did. In August 2019 she joined the Board of Trustees. 

For her, it's an honor serving the Lord. Her desire is to continue growing in the Lord and fulfill His call upon her life.

Courtney Smith has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Faith Bible Church for the past five years.  Courtney has over 20 years of finance experience and is currently an Executive Director and head of the Media, Telecom and Technology finance business at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.  He earned a BS degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. 

Courtney lives with his wife Cheryll and their children in Mohegan Lake and has been a faithful member of FBC for the past 12 years.     

Kathy Conte came to Christ in January 1972 and immediately became a member of Fortress Bible Church in Mount Vernon. Kathy worshipped there until July 1997, when she moved to Yorktown Heights. Having known Pastor Zottoli and Maria when they were ministers at Fortress Bible Church, Kathy knew the Lord was leading her to attend FBC. While she was a member at Fortress, Kathy taught pre-teen bible classes and was Secretary of the Women’s Fellowship for several years, organizing several women’s retreats and teaching the Word of God. Upon coming to Faith Bible Church, Kathy immediately became a leader in the Women’s Ministry, assisting Sister Maria, and also began teaching adult bible classes. When sister Maria became sick, Kathy stepped in as head of the ministry and is still currently serving in that capacity. Kathy joined the Board of Trustees, serving in the capacity of Secretary in September 2008.

Patrick Garrick grew up in the church from birth, but he came to know Christ as his Lord and Savior in 1984. He has been married to his wife Deon, who is the Head of the Music Ministry for 24 years, and they have been blessed by God with three beautiful and talented children. Patrick and his family have been faithful members of Faith Bible Church for eight years, and he has served as Deacon for the past four years. As a Deacon, Patrick works with all church departments to help build the kingdom of God.

Victor Cataquet accepted the Lord while at a Billy Graham Crusade in 1970.  He has completed four years of Biblical Studies at The Assembly of God Spanish Eastern District Bible Institute in 1998 while a member at Fordham Manor Church in the Bronx. During his membership at Fordham Manor Church, he served as a maintenance worker and the Men’s Ministry Leader. He has been a part of the FBC family for 15 years, where he serves as an Usher, and an Evangelism Ministry Leader. He has also been a Deacon for the past two years.  Together, he and his wife Juanita have served as Children’s Sunday School teachers, Drama Ministry Actors, Married Couples Ministry Leaders and AA for Christ Leaders as well as Evangelism Team Leaders—all for the Glory of God. They have also conducted Sunday service at Kingsbridge Nursing Home.   

He and his wife Juanita have been married since 1994. They have four adult children, Rolando, David, Daniel and Belinia, and 8 grandchildren.
